
Terms & Conditions
Flower Submission: Customers are responsible for shipping or dropping off flowers to Peachy Petals, which must arrive within 5 days of your event. The sooner the flowers are received, the better they will press. Peachy Petals is not responsible for any damage or loss of flowers during shipping to your studio.
Shipping of Flowers: Peachy Petals is not responsible for the transport of your flowers to our studio, via either mail or drop off. Costs associated with this will be paid by the customer. Flowers must be shipped with either overnight or 2-day shipping, as outlined in our shipping guideliens.
Condition of Flowers: Flowers must be shipped following our care instructions to prevent damage. Damaged flowers may require adjustments in frame size or layout. If flowers are deemed unsalvageable, a plan foward will be determined with the client.
Flower Quality: Flowers are preserved in the condition they arrive. Damaged or bruised flowers will show in the final piece. We photograph flowers upon receipt and communicate any damage. Replacement stems can be purchased and adjustments to frame size can be made, if necessary.
Flower Preservation: Flowers will fade and change color during preservation due to their natural characteristics (e.g., white flowers may yellow, reds may turn purple). Over time, flowers in the frame will also fade.
Creative Freedom: The artist has creative freedom to arrange the flowers as they see fit, based on customer comments and preferences stated in the design form. Some bouquet elements may not be suitable for pressing due to thickness or frame size.
Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time for completed frames is 5 to 6 months from the event date. However, this is an estimate, and delivery may be sooner or later. Not responding to emails in a timely manner WILL result in an extedned timeline.
Design Approval Timeline: Clients have 8 weeks after the first mockup design has been sent to approve or request changes to their design. We will make every effort to contact you, including via the phone number on record. If we do not hear back within 8 weeks we will move foward with the mockup design as is and close your frame.
Image Use Consent: By placing an order, customers consent to Peachy Petals using images of the finished frames, as well as any wedding photos shared with us, for marketing and social media purposes, unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled any time before the event date. A full refund is available if canceled within one week of placing the order. After one week, a $50 deposit will be withheld from the refund. Cancellation within one week of the event date or after the event date has passed will result in a $100 deposit being witheld from the refund.
Refunds: No refunds are offered on custom pieces. If there is an error on our part, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue. Be sure to specify any preferences in your order form or via email (not DMs).
